The Building Process
In order to carry out the building works we need to appoint a suitable contractor.
This appointment is one that should be taken with the up most care and attention. When appointing you must consider the following:
- Do they have a permanent address?
- How long they have been established?
- Is there quote similar to what we suggested?
- Can he speak English?
- What sort of impression does he give?
- Have you seen his work?
- Does he have at least three references?
